DMCA POLICY – Claims Regarding Copyright Infringement

Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) Aviation Association have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed infringements. If you believe in good faith there is content on Avpros.org website that violates United States copyright law, a copyright infringement notification can be submitted via email or post. Specifically the notice must contain the following information:
